This policy should be read alongside our Platform Terms of Use, Content Moderation Policy, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1 OUR COMMITMENT 1.1 Mintstars Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to the prevention and detection of human trafficking, forced labour, and all forms of exploitation on our platform. 1.2 This policy sets out our monitoring controls, reporting obligations, and law enforcement cooperation procedures. It is maintained in accordance with the requirements of our acquiring bank, payment processor partners, applicable card brand rules, and anti-trafficking legislation.
2 ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY 2.1 MintStars strictly prohibits the use of its platform in connection with: (a) human trafficking or sex trafficking; (b) child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content depicting minors; (c) non-consensual sexual content or activity; (d) forced labour, debt bondage, or involuntary servitude; (e) physical abuse, coercion, or threats against any individual; or (f) content that glorifies or advertises any of the above. 2.2 Any creator, user, or partner found to be in violation will be suspended, reported to the appropriate authorities, and permanently banned from the platform.
3 MONITORING AND PREVENTION
3.1 We employ a multi-layered approach to detect and prevent trafficking and exploitation on our platform, including the measures set out in this section. 3.2 Creator Verification All creators must complete identity verification before they can upload content. This includes age verification, identity document checks, and compliance with applicable record-keeping requirements. 3.3 Content Monitoring
We use a combination of automated scanning tools and human review to detect prohibited content. All content is subject to ongoing monitoring, and flagged material is reviewed and actioned promptly. 3.4 Transaction Monitoring
Our compliance team monitors for unusual financial patterns that may indicate exploitation, including irregular payout activity, account anomalies, and other risk indicators. 3.5 Behavioural Indicators Our teams are trained to recognise indicators of trafficking and exploitation, including accounts that appear to be controlled by a third party, content depicting individuals under apparent duress, and other warning signs consistent with industry guidance. 3.6 User Reporting Users can report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or illegal content directly through our platform. All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
4 LAW ENFORCEMENT REPORTING AND COOPERATION
4.1 Mandatory Reporting MintStars will promptly report suspected trafficking or exploitation to the appropriate authorities, including: (a) suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)via the Cyber Tipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A; (b) suspected human trafficking to the relevant law enforcement agencies; and (c) our acquiring bank and payment processor where any confirmed or suspected trafficking-related incident is identified.
4.2 Evidence Preservation Upon detection of suspected trafficking activity, all related content, account data, and transaction records are preserved in accordance with applicable legal requirements. MintStars complies with valid law enforcement requests, subpoenas, and court orders.

5 ENFORCEMENT
5.1 Where a violation of this policy is confirmed: (a) the offending content is removed from the platform; (b) the associated account is suspended or permanently terminated; (c) any pending payouts are frozen pending investigation; and (d) the matter is reported to law enforcement in accordance with section 4.
6 TRAINING
6.1 Relevant staff receive anti-trafficking awareness training upon hire and on an ongoing basis. Training covers recognition of trafficking indicators, reporting procedures, and evidence preservation.
7 COMPLIANCE AND RECORD-KEEPING 7.1 MintStars maintains records of its anti-trafficking activities, including reports, investigations, and enforcement actions, and makes these available to its acquiring bank and payment processor upon request. 7.2 This policy is reviewed at least annually, or sooner following any material change to applicable law or card brand rules.
8 LEGAL REFERENCES 8.1 This policy is informed by and designed to comply with applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards, including: (a) Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA); (b) 18 U.S.C. § 1591; (c) 18 U.S.C. § 2258A; (d) FOSTA-SESTA; (e) applicable card brand integrity and risk monitoring programmes.
