Our mission at MintStars is to reinvent the creator economy by putting creators first - maximizing their earnings, protecting their content, and reducing burnout. We aim to create a safe, welcoming, and non-discriminatory environment for our users, which enables creators maximum possible freedom of expression and ownership over their images and bodies, while respecting all our community members. We recognize that it is impossible to guarantee complete safety on any online platform, but we can set out guidelines that provide a foundation for the kind of community we want and respect principles of consent and harm reduction.
Accounts that do not respect these guidelines can have their content removed and their account paused or permanently deactivated. We want to be as transparent with our community as possible - we recognize that sometimes users post content in violation of our terms inadvertently, and we’ll endeavor to let you know the reason for the removal and give you a warning for your first offense, except in extreme cases such as child sexual abuse material.
Maintaining a safe community is our collective responsibility. You can help keep MintStars safe by reporting posts or accounts that violate our Terms of Service by using the report function on the platform, or by emailing us at [email protected]. We take every report we receive very seriously and will carefully review it. We also routinely audit accounts to ensure they comply with our Terms of Service.
In writing this guide, we’ve adopted some definitions and language from other content platforms including Fanhouse, Fansly, OnlyFans, Instagram, and Twitter, to which we’ve added our own to create the kind of community we want on MintStars. When we refer to “content” throughout this document, we refer to any visual, audio, or text material that you post on MintStars, whether as a Creator or Fan, including on your own profile or in chats or comments. This guide is meant as a more readable and specific supplement to our Platform Acceptable Use Policy, which should be read in addition to this guide. In case of any discrepancy between the two policies, the Platform Acceptable Use Policy prevails.
We want MintStars to be shaped by our creators and community, and we aim for this to be a living document that we adapt over time in response to the needs of our community. If you have feedback on or suggestions for additions to these guidelines, please contact us.
If you find content or users on MintStars that you believe are violating these guidelines, the law, or otherwise creating an unsafe community, please let us know by clicking the Report button on the content or emailing us at [email protected]. All notices of copyright infringement claims should be sent to the copyright agent designated in our DMCA Policy in the manner and by the means set out in it. Thank you for helping us make MintStars the best environment it can be.
