TYPES OF USERS ON OUR PLATFORM

When registering for an account on our Platform, you will be given the choice of registering as one of the following user types:

1.  Content Creators: users registering to upload Content on our Platform to be viewed, purchased, and/or re-sold by Fans. Content Creators may also have the option of viewing, purchasing and/or re-selling Content that has been uploaded by other Content Creators.

2.  Fans: users registering to view, purchase and/or re-sell Content on our Platform that has been uploaded by Content Creators.

These Terms set out the terms and conditions on which we supply Services to you. Any references to "you" or "your" mean you as a recipient of our Services, whether you have registered as a Content Creator, a Fan, or both.

If you are a Content Creator who also uses our Platform in the capacity of a Fan (for example, where you are viewing, purchasing and/or re-selling Content uploaded by other Content Creators), these Terms apply to you in both capacities, to the extent applicable.

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Fan or Content Creator on our Platform. Further, if the age of majority in any jurisdiction applicable to you is above the age of 18, it is your responsibility to ensure you have reached any such applicable age of majority before using our Platform and Services.

These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide Services to you, how you and we may change or end the Contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other information.
